SHIPPING

All orders are shipped USPS. Typically, your order will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt (manual payments will take longer, see below). However, K9Gear is a one woman operation, and there may be times when your order takes a bit longer to process. For example, I may be on the road at a dog agility trial. Custom labels take longer to process, 7-10 days, as they are all *hand made*.

PAYMENT

Orders paid for via Paypal or Secure Visa/MC will typically be processed and shipped within 3 business days of receipt. Manual payments made by personal check will be processed when payment has cleared. Payments made by cash or cashier’s check will be processed immediately.

RETURNS

**Please note that there are NO returns or exchanges on custom labels!
Please be absolutely clear/sure on your custom label order!! **

Harness and non-custom label orders may be returned within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund, provided that your products are clean and show no signs of wear. Defective products (in the unlikely case that perhaps stitching has come undone, a buckle has broken, etc.) may be returned for replacement. I will not replace items that appear to have been damaged by chewing or appear to have been torn or cut. Purchasers wishing to return an item must pay shipping to return the item to:
